1. Description of Service

FocusView is a browser extension that helps users stay focused by removing distractions on YouTube, including Shorts, homepage recommendations, and video suggestions.

2. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Subscriptions and Payments

FocusView offers paid subscription plans and lifetime access options. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@focusview.app. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

6. Intellectual Property

FocusView and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FocusView and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusView is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. YouTube may change their platform at any time, which could temporarily affect the Extension's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of FocusView is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
